Database Comparison

SQLDBcontrol also provides a database comparison tool that not only compares stored procedures, views and user-defined functions between two databases, but can compare your whole environment against a chosen reference database.

SQLDBcontrol is different.

SQLDBcontrol's built-in source control makes the comparison process very quick.

With SQLDBcontrol it is possible to specify a single reference database, against which all other databases are compared. This is particularly useful for determining any differences between your test, development and live servers. And because a reference point has been chosen there is no need to choose your comparison database again, it is all done automatically.

Object Comparer

• Stored procedures, views and user-defined functions on any database in your environment can be compared against the chosen reference database.
• Every object that has been added to SQLDBcontrol already has a stored object definition, making the comparison process is fast.
• Differences between a specific database and the reference database can be quickly and efficiently synhronized.
• Alternatively, objects can be deployed back to the reference database.
