We have renamed SQLDBcontrol Express to SQLDBcontrol Developer, which more clearly describes the role that the product plays.

As implied, SQLDBcontrol Developer is more suited to SQL Server developers and it offers source control capability together with the query editor and integrated Intellisense.

SQLDBcontrol (or SQLDBcontrol Administrator) is more suited to SQL Server database administrators.  It contains all of the functionality of SQLDBcontrol and additionally includes comparison and deployment functionality.

Naturally, SQLDBcontrol can be very useful to SQL Server developers and could be a valuable addition to SQL Server developers that would make use of the comparison and deployment functionality.
